During construction of our manufacturing units, utmost care was taken care towards environment by installing new generation pollution control equipment’s across different stages of production to reduce emissions and new generation emission monitoring equipment’s for continuous monitoring.

• Bag Filters, to reduce fugitive dust emissions
• ESP’s (Electro Static Precipitators)
• Bag House for Coal Mill and Cement Mill
• Reverse Air Bag House (RABH)

Pollution control equipment installed in plant are designed to ensure the particulate emission is below 50 mg/m3 to meet international emission norms.

Company also ensures robust monitoring of all environmental parameters through installation of new generation monitoring equipment’s like AAQ (Ambient Air Quality Monitoring System) & CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System) as well as scheduled inspections.

Emissions relating to air and particulate matter are handled meticulously confirming to the standards set by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). The continuous measurement of particulate matter emissions is being carried out at the processing plant and the emission is being submitted to CPCB and the concerned State Pollution Control Board. As per direction of CPCB monitoring of dioxins and furans including other parameters is also being carried out effectively.
